Your responsibilities
- Independent supervision and technical coordination of the certification process according to DGNB, BNB, LEED, BREEAM and WELL
- Preparing of proofs and concepts within the scope of certification
- Processing of energetically and architecturally demanding projects
- Holistic consulting on sustainability in various disciplines (ecology, energy, life cycle considerations, materials and building physics)
- Close cooperation with various disciplines within our company
Your profile
- You’ll have successfully completed your education in the field of civil engineering, process engineering, architecture or real estate management or similar
- You’re experienced in the application of certification systems, ideally as an approved DGNB auditor or coordinator of sustainable construction, as a BREEAM AP or WELL AP
- You have knowledge in the field of life cycle assessment and life cycle costs
- You have a very good command of German and English
- You’re ready to take on responsibility and play an active role
