Berlin Test Project Nominated
The Ritterstraße office building in Berlin has been nominated for the DAM Prize 2025. The design was created by the Berlin firm Richter Musikowskihttp://richtermusikowski.com/ – Werner Sobek was responsible for checking the structural design and supervising the construction on behalf of the test engineer Prof. Hans Georg Reinke. The barrier-free building in the Kreuzberg district has been awarded DGNB Gold certification.
Since 2007, the German Architecture Museum (DAM) has been honouring outstanding buildings with the DAM Prize for Architecture in Germany.
