“Best of Best”: P18 Honoured Once Again!
BIM Award, ImmobilienAward, Iconic Award – our flagship project in Stuttgart, in collaboration with Aktivhaus, has been extremely well received!
In October 2024, our company founder Prof. Werner Sobek, together with Aktivhaus managing director Steffen Rapp and Wolf Gieseke, technical managing director of SWSG, was able to accept the Iconic Award – Best of Best / Architecture – Domestic.
The 330-apartment staff accommodation at the Bad Cannstatt Clinic is one of the largest residential projects in Germany to be built using modular timber construction. The sustainable neighbourhood was built in a resource-saving and energy-efficient manner using the ‘active house modules’ developed by Werner Sobek.
