“At P18, we have a whole range of “dismantlable” components,” emphasised Werner Sobek in an interview with the German Design Council on the fringes of the Iconic Awards 2024. Around 90 percent of the materials used in the PlusEnergy Quarter in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt are recyclable or reusable.
Since its completion in late summer 2023, our flagship project P18 has already received several awards: The Iconic Award 2024 was followed by the German Solar Prize at the end of November 2024.
