At Hohe Strasse 134-136 in Cologne, an office and commercial building is being constructed that is not only sustainable, but can also be dismantled in due course. In addition to green roofs and solar panels, recycled concrete is used for the timber hybrid construction.

The design for the pioneering project comes from the renowned architectural firm caspar – Werner Sobek is responsible for the structural engineering and building physics.
