Congratulations on 20 Years of aed e.V.
The non-profit association aed celebrated its 20th anniversary on 16 December 2020 with welcoming addresses from Prof. Werner Sobek and architect Wolfgang Riehle at the Material Bank Studio in Stuttgart. More than 200 guests accepted the invitation to the special birthday of the non-profit initiative, which was founded in 2004 by various architects, engineers and designers – including our company founder Prof. Werner Sobek, who is the honorary president of the association.
For two decades, the aed has regularly organised lecture and discussion events, excursions and other formats. It also promotes young designers through its “neuland” competition for young talent. Incidentally, the competition for young talent was held for the 10th time this year.
It’s a wonderful initiative that we, as a company, are always happy to support.
