Dynamic Facades – Current Developments and Future Prospects
Our colleague Lucio Blandini, who is also head of the Institute for Lightweight Structures and Conceptual Design (ILEK) at the University of Stuttgart, will be speaking at the “Fassade 25” conference at the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences on 20 February 2025.
At the conference, which is themed “Motor, Sensor and Actuator Technology: The Dynamic Facade”, experts from research and technology, theoretical teaching and practical application will provide insights into current developments in moving facade elements.
Prof. Blandini’s lecture will focus on the developments of adaptive facade elements that are currently being tested on the D1244 demonstrator on the university campus in Stuttgart-Vaihingen.
