Energy-Efficient Living with Aktivhaus Modules

Together with Aktivhaus, our office has realised a residential complex in Künzelsau, using a modular timber construction. The four energy-efficient buildings between Taläckerallee and Defregger Straße in Künzelsau are another successful example of the forward-looking use of the Aktivhaus modules developed by Werner Sobek.

In addition to the structural engineering, we were responsible for the technical building equipment, advising on KfW funding and creating an energy performance certificate for the building.
