In 2018, Radu-Florin Berger and two other colleagues began setting up our office in Berlin. Our branch in the German capital has now grown to well over 20 employees. Around half of the international team is female. In the podcast, Radu Berger talks about setting up the Berlin office and working together across teams and disciplines.
