Female Reinforcement on the Executive Board

We are delighted to announce the appointment of our colleague Dr Stefanie Weidner to the Executive Board of Werner Sobek AG with effect from 1 August 2024. The new mother and head of our office in Copenhagen will strengthen the Executive Board team with her expertise in the field of sustainability strategies.

Stefanie Weidner studied architecture and urban planning in Stuttgart and Melbourne/Australia and subsequently completed her doctorate at the Institute for Lightweight Structures and Conceptual Design (ILEK) at the University of Stuttgart on the relationship between sustainability and urban density. As Director Sustainability Strategies, she then headed our internal task force “Triple Zero” and set up our office in Copenhagen.

The appointment of Stefanie Weidner is an important step into the future for us – the management team is getting younger and at the same time reflects the changes that our company has undergone in recent years!
