Werner Sobek is once again strongly represented in this year’s Ingenieurbaukunst yearbook: In addition to the foreword by Werner Sobek, Max Mannschreck and Roland Bechmann present our Stuttgart pilot project P18. Lucio Blandini writes about the “Hotel de Ville” project, in which new rooms were added to the listed Chartres town hall as part of a comprehensive refurbishment.
