Glass Facade with a View of Central Park
Located on one of the most famous streets in the world is the Fifth Avenue Penthouse. The interior space of 2,800 square metres is airy and kept open except for the living, dining and family room areas. From the spacious outdoor area of 400 square metres, one can enjoy a breathtaking view of New York’s Central Park. Richly textured materials such as gold leaf and onyx, generous windows and high ceilings provide plenty of light in the interior.
The New York architectural firm WORKac was in charge of the project; Werner Sobek designed, among other things, the glazed main facade with a view of the park.
