Modular Construction as a Beacon of Hope
On 14 September 2023, the Modular Building Congress will take place in Stuttgart. Under the title “The plus-energy quarter made of wooden modules in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt. Sustainable serial housing in a new dimension”, our project manager Max Mannschreck will present the lighthouse project P18. With P18, one of the largest residential projects in wood module construction in Germany will be built in Stuttgart by the end of 2023. Werner Sobek is responsible for the planning in cooperation with AH Aktiv-Haus.
