More Airport for Frankfurt
One of Europe’s largest infrastructure projects is currently under construction at Frankfurt Airport – Werner Sobek is responsible for the comprehensive facade engineering of the new Terminal 3. From 2026, 19 million passengers per year will be able to arrive and depart from the new terminal with a total of three boarding gates.
In addition to the check-in hall, the new terminal includes control areas, a marketplace, the arrivals area and the various baggage areas.
