Moving House – Literally Speaking…
The German TV station Südwestrundfunk reported about the spectacular move of our project “Aktivhaus B10” from Stuttgart to a new location 100 km further south. On 13 August 2019 the building (14.70 metre long and 6.35 metre wide) was lifted onto a heavy-duty vehicle. It was then moved in two steps to its new location on the Swabian Alb. There, the construction weighing a total of 42 tonnes was lowered onto eight point supports on 15 August 2019.
