PlusEnergy Quarter P18 Made of Wooden Modules
Our urban quarter P18 in Prießnitzweg Bad Cannstatt is as good as finished – and it is one of the largest residential projects in timber module construction in Germany. The sustainable quarter consists of six buildings and was built in a resource-saving and energy-efficient way using the Active House modules developed by Werner Sobek.
In the film, our project manager Max Mannschreck guides us through the urban quarter and talks about the planning, shows the wooden modules from the inside and explains the self-sufficient energy concept.
