Resource-Minimized Construction
Dr. -Ing. Stefanie Weidner works as an architect at Werner Sobek. Previously, as part of her doctoral thesis written at the ILEK, she dealt with one of the core questions in construction: How can urban structures be realized with as few resources as possible?
In an interview with the magazine “solid,” she explains the importance of the construction industry’s responsible use of resources for the future of us all – and how the industry must change in order to achieve the sustainability goals that have been set.
The key findings of Stefanie Weidner’s work as well as the article itself can be read here: https://solidbau.at/epaper/127
