T Rex Tower in Frankfurt am Main

Structural Planning for Hybrid High-Rise with a Dream View

We have some great new pictures of the “One Forty West” hybrid high-rise: Werner Sobek was responsible for the structural engineering, shoring planning and special steel structures for the tower in Frankfurt am Main, also known as “T-Rex”. The 140 metre high building with a total of 40 floors was designed by the Frankfurt office of Cyrus Moser Architekten. The lower part of One Forty West houses a hotel, while flats from the 17th to the 40th floor offer a fantastic view over Frankfurt.
