The PlusEnergy neighbourhood in Bad Cannstatt was completed in record time and is one of the largest residential construction projects using modular timber construction in Germany. In 2023, the project received special recognition at the #jetztklimachen award, the Stuttgart Metropolitan Region Real Estate Award and the BIM Award.
