Sustainable Pioneer with Great Time Value
Our pioneering Efficiency House Plus project in Berlin, F87, received much positive attention in issue 8/2023 of the DAB (Deutsches Architektenblatt). We are particularly pleased about the reader’s article published in it by an architect from Lübeck, in whose eyes the Efficiency House Plus “already has a great time value”. Her caption under a sketch of our project reads “The Efficiency House Plus anticipated topics such as e-mobility, photovoltaics and heat pumps as early as 2011“. The architect considers the building’s location directly next to the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning in Berlin to be “particularly significant in terms of local history”.
