Sustainable and Modular
The magazine CRADLE (focus: sustainable building – healthy living) reports in its latest issue about one of our new projects: The urban quarter in Bad Cannstatt, planned together with AH Aktiv-Haus, is being built on the basis of the Aktivhaus modules developed by Werner Sobek. The basis is the Triple Zero principle: no consumption of fossil energy, no harmful emissions, complete recycleability.
This principle has already been applied in other lighthouse projects of our office – not least in the Aktivhaus B10, which has attracted international attention as a prototype in the Weissenhofsiedlung. Consequently, the article presents this important project as well.
