Time for Answers!

The 14th Holcim Construction Forum brought together representatives of various sectors involved in construction – only virtually, given the current restrictions imposed by Corona. The invited experts discussed the challenges and opportunities for more sustainability in the built environment from different perspectives. Roland Bechmann, CEO of Werner Sobek AG, was one of the main speakers at the event. His contribution focused on the question of how we can achieve radical savings in installed mass by optimising the interior of the component – and why lightweight construction is so important for reducing our ecological footprint.
