Werner Sobek & Aktivhaus: Social Housing in Winnenden
Together with our sister company Aktivhaus, we planned a housing estate for refugees for the town of Winnenden. The alternative usability of the flats, economic feasibility and sustainable standards were at the forefront of this project.
We realised a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing housing estate with individual residential units in a very short space of time. The modules were used to house refugees for three years and are now being used as social housing after minimal interior modifications.
