Werner Sobek & Aktivhaus: Sustainable Residential Complex in Esslingen
Another successful joint project with Aktivhaus is the residential complex for hospital staff in Esslingen in modular timber construction. The 17 flats were built with maximum prefabrication and short assembly times according to the Aktivhaus construction principle.
The project not only scored points for its extremely sustainable production, but also for its flexible conversion options.
