Druzhby Narodov

This 34 storey office tower is located close to the city of Kiev on the banks of the river Dnepr. The lower part of the building includes a bank and a hotel which is totally separated from the office tower. There are three underground parking-levels which can accommodate 420 vehicles and an overground parking for 100 cars. The construction is economical optimized. Caused to the bad soil conditions close to the river, a special solution for the foundations had to be developed. The facade elements are completely modular.
