Holländergarten Multi-Generation House

Our engineering office IFT was responsible for checking the structural engineering as well as the associated construction supervision for the new construction of the Holländergarten multi-generation house in Berlin-Reinickendorf. The two buildings with 43 co-operative rental flats have numerous stylistic references to Bruno Taut’s Schillerpark co-operative housing estate from the 1920s.

Climate-Neutral and Generation-Friendly Living

Each flat has a spacious loggia or terrace, which can be planted with your own plants. The multi-generation house is supplied with 100 per cent renewable energy and enables CO₂-neutral living.
