Ludwigsburg University of Education

A 6-storey building for seminar rooms, offices and student workplaces is being constructed on the campus of the PH Ludwigsburg. The new building will be used by both the PH Ludwigsburg and the HVF Ludwigsburg. Werner Sobek was commissioned with the BNB certification and the MEP engineering.

Building Envelope with Passivhaus Standard

The plans of the Berlin architectural firm Burckhardt+Partner GmbH envisage a building in timber hybrid construction with a reinforced concrete core. The building envelope is to be constructed according to the Passivhaus Standard. The aim is to achieve the BNB Silver certification level.
