On the River Q3 Speyer

With the sustainable quarter Q3, also known as Loop_Side, the third of a total of five residential quarters of the residential district “Am Fluss” in Speyer was completed in 2022. Q3 consists of a total of 80 differently sized residential units with living spaces ranging from 60 m² to 192 m².

The lushly landscaped quarter is situated in an unobstructed location and enjoys an unrestricted view of the Rhine and the banks of the Rhine with its unique flora and fauna.

Sustainable Residential Quarter in a Green Setting

As a low-energy house, Q3 meets the extensive requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) as of 2016 and was funded as a KfW Efficiency House 55 by the KfW development bank. Werner Sobek Frankfurt carried out a detailed thermal bridge verification for this attractive project.
