Our New House 2.0

The Vienna headquarters of the Main Association of Austrian Social Insurance Institutions has been extensively modernised and expanded. For this purpose, the 16-storey high-rise building from 1976 was renovated according to the EnerPHit standard and two new buildings were added.

EnerPHit Standard after Comprehensive Refurbishment

The existing high-rise facade was replaced by a double facade. An important consideration here was thermal comfort – in summer, the space between the facades should heat up as little as possible.
