Residential Complex Esslingen
The residential complex for hospital staff stands on a compact plot on the edge of Esslingen’s city centre. It consists of a total of 17 flats in modular construction, built according to the Aktivhaus construction principle.
Maximum Prefabrication, Easy Convertibility
The three-storey wooden building serves as living space for employees of the Esslingen hospital. Maximum prefabrication, the shortest possible assembly times and simple convertibility were the focus of the design.
