Schwabenlandtower Fellbach
In the Stuttgart suburb of Fellbach, the CG Group has built the Schwabenlandtower, Germany’s third-highest residential building, with outstanding architecture. 194 flats with a fantastic view over the Swabian Rems Valley were built on 34 floors.
Germany’s Third-Highest Residential Building on the Outskirts of Stuttgart
The building also houses a hotel with a net area of approx. 5,100 m², which has 168 rooms and parking spaces in the underground garage. The cantilevered architecture – the floor width increases upwards by around 10 m compared to the base area – defines the individual style of the Schwabenlandtower.
Werner Sobek was responsible for the structural and facade engineering of the project.
