Station Gottesacker
The Gottesacker light rail stop in Dortmund, designed by Werner Sobek, essentially consists of an approx. 75 m long platform and a concisely shaped roof. The central part of the stop is located on a concrete bridge structure. The western and eastern ends of the platform are located outside the bridge structure on the ground.
Strikingly Shaped Canopy with Glass Envelope
A curved steel support structure spans the station so that the long sides of the platform can be used without restriction. A glass shell rests on top of it, which ensures sufficient protection against the weather.
