Zebra

The new office building “Zebra” is Deloitte’s new headquarters in Frankfurt. In the six-storey building, innovative office space and multifunctional areas were created on a gross floor area of around 30,000 m². Werner Sobek was responsible for sustainability consulting and the audit of the building’s sustainability certification. The project has been awarded DGNB Gold certification in accordance with the highest ecological standards.

Innovative Offices and Multi-Purpose Spaces

In collaboration with renowned interior designers spatial concepts for new office worlds are being realised. The The spacious foyer also serves as an event zone. The conference area on the ground floor, including catering can be used flexibly. The green and open space concept extends to the upper floors and is characterised by spacious terraces for communication and movement on the 1st floor and atriums on the the ground floor.

The perforated metal facade surrounding the building characterises the unmistakable appearance of the and is partly responsible for the building’s name.
